Juve Pinedo

Juve Pinedo serves as a Senior Vice President for SVN Vanguard. Beginning in 2007 through 2015, Juve built client list developing relationships with financial institutions and lenders and was retained by over 20 institutions to advise on, market and negotiate bank owned commercial real estate and land. During this time, Juve negotiated the sale of industrial buildings, apartments, office buildings and large amounts of LAND.

LAND is Juve’s specialty. In the last 5 years, Juve has sold or marketed over 4,000 acres of land with uses including commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and mineral resource throughout CA, AZ, CO, WI and OH.

In 2019, Pinedo had two notable transactions, one of which was 825 acres of land containing mineral resources. The second transaction consisted of 30 individually recorded, contiguous industrial lots within a fully developed industrial park; both in Southern California.

Recently, Juve also brokered a 1,000-acre operating hard rock quarry including real and personal property. According to the buyer, this transaction was one of the largest quarries to ever be brokered in California. The marketing and negotiation of this asset opens doors to a whole new specialty; mines, quarries, and mineral resources. Juve is currently marketing and advising on land holdings with mineral resources containing sand and gravel, limestone, jade, shale, bentonite, hard rock, and dimension stone.

Regardless of product type and location, his main objective is to meet the real estate needs and wants of his clients and moderate the successful transaction between Seller and Buyer. He is known for saying “If I could sell a pile of rocks in the middle of nowhere, I’m sure I could sell a property on Main and Broadway.

Juve was born and raised in Santa Ana, CA. He attended Saddleback High School, went on to CSU Fullerton. He currently lives in Orange County with his wife Claudia, daughters Camila, Olivia and Silvia.

Melissa Palmieri began her real estate career in Silicon Valley, working with start-ups, angel fund investors and entrepreneurs in small business development. She worked with a group of investors assisting them with buying/holding, fixing and flipping properties and finding deals that made sense. Her career grew in residential real estate working with investors buying and selling multiple units and now works in the commercial realm where she’s helps investors in development, acquisition of commercial properties. Steve Lin is an Investment Sales and Leasing Advisor with SVN Vanguard. Steve’s primary goal is to deliver the best possible transaction clients, whether it be in the sale, purchase or lease of a property. Mr. Lin has more than three decades of experience in the service & sales of machine tool industries for Boeing, the Unites States Navy, Aerospace, Airforce, Lockheed Martin, Huntington Ingalls Industries, etc. to name just a few.

Steve has 10 years of experience in real estate investment, and applies his broad range of expertise with the aim of guaranteeing client satisfaction, increasing revenue, and attracting new clients.

Denise Hance joined SVN | Vanguard as Operations Director in March of 2018. Denise possesses extensive expertise in Operations Management and holds a PHR Certification in Human Resources. Denise is a Southern California native began her career more than 25 years ago in the field of Human Resources and later expanded into Operations Management in the Construction and Real Estate.

Before joining SVN | Vanguard, Denise served as Operations Director at Main + Main, Inc., where she played a key role on the firm’s executive team. Denise was responsible for overseeing all operations including production, finance, marketing and process development.

Jon Davis currently serves as a Senior Vice President at SVN Vanguard. Jon and his team have extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions including 1031 exchanges, country-wide; and retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings and multi-family investment sales and leasing throughout Southern California. Jon also works with developers locating infill locations throughout Southern California. Jon has established himself as a recognized expert focusing on providing his clients with the highest level of service. Jon strives to provide his clients with the most valuable real-time information in the marketplace.
Jon is originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota. After high school, he moved to Orange County, CA to attend Chapman University. Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with emphases in Entrepreneurship and Marketing all while being part of the national fraternity, Phi Gamma Delta. In December of 2014 Vanguard Commercial joined SVN, previously SVN, as the Orange County franchise. Jon enjoys playing and watching all sporting events and lives in Anaheim Hills with his wife, two son’s and dog.

As a successful tenant advocate, Kim represents tenants in office and industrial properties. She’s negotiated multiple large headquarters leases as well as regional office and industrial transactions for her clients, including William Hezmalhalch & Nextel’s Corporate Headquarters. Her commitment to each client and tenacious, creative attitude toward fulfilling client needs continues to bring Kim long-term success. She has completed assignments nationwide ranging in size from 8,000 to 120,000 SF for any single transaction.


Ms. Calabrano’s more than 20 years of commercial real estate market experience adds value to her clients.
