Stephanie Suarez is an Administrative Assistant at SVN Vanguard. Stephanie was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She received her AA degree from Santa Ana College and is currently working on a degree in Communications at Cal State University – Fullerton.
Stephanie has worked in property management since 2017 and is excited to be gaining more knowledge in the industry. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys books, a nice of tea, a good movie, and a hearty laugh.
Clervil leads SVN Vanguard’s Property Management department and is currently working towards acquiring his CPM designation through the local IREM program. Clervil manages the day to day operations of his clents’ portfolios which consists of a variety of product types including but not limited to multi-family, commercial retail, medical and office properties.
Clervil began his commercial real estate career with Vanguard Investment Properties in 2004. His focus, then, was in multi-family in Orange County and the surrounding cities. Over the years, under the mentor-ship of Cameron Irons, Clervil’s focus changed from multi-family to the Restaurant industry and now on to Property Management and full service brokering.

Anthony Ying serves as SVN Vanguard’s Regional Sales Director. As an advisor, Anthony’s specializes is in sales of multifamily, office and retail properties. He is also engaged in the leasing of retail spaces and has accounts with several of the nation’s largest property owners.
Tony was born and raised in Huntington Beach. He graduated from Marina High School in 1987 and attended University of California at Santa Barbara. In 1991, Anthony graduated with a BA in Business/Economics. He currently resides in Huntington Beach.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Anthony is also a certified PADI Divemaster, skydiver (participant in a record holding 300 person skydiving formation), surfer, extreme skier and adrenaline seeker.

Former regional V.P. of Marketing for a National Advertising company Servicing manager handling all national accounts for a national mortgage company Managed $100M+ portfolios to sell on the secondary market. Gina Schade serves as an on-site property manager for SVN Vanguard. She has more than 20 years of experience in Property Management, Residential and Multi Family Real Estate, Financing, and Escrow. Gina’s expertise in Property Management is enhanced by her ownership several income properties in the Fullerton area.
Gina was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She made Southern California her home in 1996 and later fell in love with the city of Fullerton. Gina made it her permanent home in 1997 and currently still lives there with her husband and three daughters.
Mina Saeid serves as an Advisor and Marketing Specialist for SVN Vanguard’s Orange County and Los Angeles offices.
Mina works with advisor teams, individual agents, and upper management within SVN Vanguard to create, direct, and implement the firm’s marketing campaigns. She also handles all direct mail materials and company advertisements for print as well as online platforms. Mina creates marketing packages which encompass editing photos & videos, designing templates, creating social media content, and more . In addition, Mina works with the web developer team to oversee SEO and analytics tracking for the company website and related ad platforms. Mina enjoys using her creativity to promote the SVN | Vanguard brand and loves assisting individual advisors, which make up SVN Vanguard, in promoting their own brand. In addition to leading the company’s marketing efforts, Mina is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
As an Advisor, Mina specializes in tenant representation. She genuinely enjoys connecting with different business owners and matching them with sites that exceed their expectations. She assists her clients every step of the way: site selection, negotiations, contracts, and celebration (when the deal is done — of course!).
Prior to joining SVN Vanguard, Mina worked with several notable non-profit institutions, in the U.S and Brazil, handling Public Affairs, Communications, & Network Management. Mina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Global and International Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic.
Mina was born and raised in Orange County, CA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, physical activity, and spending time with her loved ones.
Jay No is an Advisor with specializing in multi-family, office, and retail space in the Southern California area. His drive and motivation for excellence ensures his clients always get the highest level of service. Prior to joining SVN Vanguard, Jay began his Real Estate career as a residential agent under MJSJ Inc. where he served as an advisor and coordinator for investors and first time homeowners alike. He gained vital knowledge and experience within the industry that ignited his passion for real estate. Always striving to do more and improve himself, he joined SVN|Vanguard in 2018. When he’s not working, Jay enjoys time with friends, trying new restaurants, and drawing and painting.

Juve Pinedo serves as a Senior Vice President for SVN Vanguard. Beginning in 2007 through 2015, Juve built client list developing relationships with financial institutions and lenders and was retained by over 20 institutions to advise on, market and negotiate bank owned commercial real estate and land. During this time, Juve negotiated the sale of industrial buildings, apartments, office buildings and large amounts of LAND.
LAND is Juve’s specialty. In the last 5 years, Juve has sold or marketed over 4,000 acres of land with uses including commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and mineral resource throughout CA, AZ, CO, WI and OH.
In 2019, Pinedo had two notable transactions, one of which was 825 acres of land containing mineral resources. The second transaction consisted of 30 individually recorded, contiguous industrial lots within a fully developed industrial park; both in Southern California.
Recently, Juve also brokered a 1,000-acre operating hard rock quarry including real and personal property. According to the buyer, this transaction was one of the largest quarries to ever be brokered in California. The marketing and negotiation of this asset opens doors to a whole new specialty; mines, quarries, and mineral resources. Juve is currently marketing and advising on land holdings with mineral resources containing sand and gravel, limestone, jade, shale, bentonite, hard rock, and dimension stone.
Regardless of product type and location, his main objective is to meet the real estate needs and wants of his clients and moderate the successful transaction between Seller and Buyer. He is known for saying “If I could sell a pile of rocks in the middle of nowhere, I’m sure I could sell a property on Main and Broadway.
Juve was born and raised in Santa Ana, CA. He attended Saddleback High School, went on to CSU Fullerton. He currently lives in Orange County with his wife Claudia, daughters Camila, Olivia and Silvia.
