Allen Lin

Allen Lin is a commercial real estate advisor with SVN Vanguard, specializing in the representation of owner-users, private investors, and first and second generation business owners ranging from $1MM to $5MM throughout Southern California. With a foundation in finance from his years in the banking industry, his practice is centered on helping entrepreneurial decision-makers align real estate strategy with long-term capital preservation, operational efficiency, and generational wealth creation.

Working primarily with first and second generation business owners rather than institutional clients, Allen brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. He is known for translating complex market dynamics into plain language –  sharing his full thinking on motives, tradeoffs, and options so that clients can make decisions with clarity rather than pressure. His focus is always on risk mitigation first, upside second.

That same orientation shapes his work in business exit advisory. Allen recognized that for most Main Street business owners, real estate and business value are inseparable – yet most brokers treat them as two entirely separate conversations. Because he holds both the commercial real estate expertise and the advisory infrastructure to handle a full exit, he works with owners 6-18 months before they market – recasting financials, reducing owner dependency, and structuring the real estate correctly so that when the business does sell, it sells for what it’s worth. His philosophy is simple: what you do before you sell determines what you sell for.

After finishing my professional hockey career, I transitioned into commercial real estate, managing a portfolio of 20 properties across the U.S. I’m now a licensed advisor with SVN Vanguard in Irvine, specializing in retail strip center sales and landlord/buyer representation. Real estate runs in my family—my father led Center Business Management in Los Angeles, and my grandfather co-founded La Mancha Development, building thousands of mini-malls throughout Southern California. My goal is to carry that legacy forward with a strategic, client-focused approach that delivers long-term value.

Danielle has more than 25 years’ experience specializing in real estate and property management with a focus on commercial, multi-family, residential property management, sales, and investments. As a native to Southern California, over the course of her career, Danielle has worked in various real estate markets with extensive leasing experience and local knowledge of residential market rates in cities throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County. Her skills and experience have led her to successfully manage and enhance the value of a portfolio by combining up to the minute core market knowledge, masterful negotiation skills, real estate transaction and business expertise, asset management, tactical goal setting, and solid real estate opportunities.

Danielle is most proud of building long term relationships and creating investment strategies with her clients. Leonardo is a California-raised professional who currently resides in Irvine, California and serves as an advisor for SVN Vanguard Commercial Real Estate. He has a keen interest in SoCal living and boasts extensive experience and expertise in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, with a focus on property management, sales, and investments. He is particularly adept at dealing with distressed multi-family properties, leasing retail spaces, and providing full-service brokerage.
Leonardo’s skills and experience have led him to successfully manage and enhance the value of a complex portfolio of both residential and commercial properties.

As a multilingual individual, Leonardo has leveraged his language skills to expand his career opportunities beyond the United States. He has successfully worked internationally, selling beach investment properties in Tulum, Mexico, and collaborating with land developers to purchase land, promote pre-sales of developments, and oversee property management.

Prior to his current role, Leonardo managed a portfolio of real estate-owned (REO) properties in California for a major nationwide lender. In this capacity, he was responsible for bringing assets up to city code, dealing with REAP, tenant management, rent collection monitoring, occupancy and property inspections, lease negotiation and enforcement, rent control, and city code violation management. His efforts earned him the Bronze Award of Sales from the Downey Association of Realtors on three separate occasions.
